b. Storage period

Personal data is stored for as long as required for the purpose for which it was collected, as required by law, or as justified by other legal reasons for further processing. Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose for processing no longer applies or there is a reason for dele- tion (e.g., revocation of consent) and no exception to the obligation to delete applies.

c. Recipients of your data

We only pass on your personal data to those parties who need your data to fulfill our tasks. To this end, it may be necessary for service providers to support us. In doing so, we comply with data protection regulations. Your personal data may be passed on to the following recipients in particular:

• IT service providers,
• Waste disposal service providers
• Authorities, offices, banks
• Other service providers

d. Location of data processing

a) We generally process your data within the European Economic Area (EEA).

b) In the event of data transfer to a third country for which no adequacy decision exists, we ensure that the protection of personal data is guaranteed by appropriate safeguards, such as the new standard contractual clauses.

If the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you, you can assert the following rights against us in accordance with the GDPR:

• Right to rectification (Art. 32 nDSG)
• Right to blocking or erasure (Art. 32 nDSG) 

f. Right to object: Article 21 GDPR

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We will then no longer process your personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, or the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims. You may object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purpo- ses and any associated profiling without giving reasons.

g. Revocation of consent

If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until withdrawal remains unaffected. If your consent serves as the legal basis for processing, we will inform you at the points mentioned above about how you can exercise your right of withdrawal.

II. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

a. Use of the website

You can generally use our website without telling us who you are. If you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. The following data is technically necessary for us and ensures the stability and security of the website and the integrity of digital systems (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR):

• Time zone difference from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
• Content of the request (specific page)
• Access status/HTTP status code

• Website from which the request originates

• Operating system and its interface

b. Contact

When you contact us, e.g. by email, telephone, fax, or via the contact form, the personal data you provide, such as your email address, will be processed in order to respond to your request.

 We process the information for establishing contact in order to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), as well as, where applicable, to pursue fun- damental interests of business activity, in particular corporate communication (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

c. Application

We collect and process your personal data in order to offer advertised positions and carry out the selection process, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data you provide will be stored and used exclusively for purposes related to recording and processing your interest in employment or training at our company.

If an employment relationship is not established, we will delete all application data no later than six (6) months after completion of the application process. With your consent, we may retain your application documents in our applicant pool for future job postings for a further year.

You have the option of withdrawing your application in whole or in part at any time. Your rights under Section I. F remain unaffected.

d. Suppliers and customers

The controller processes personal data for the purpose of managing the contractual relations- hip or ongoing cooperation, for example, managing contact persons, communication, maintai- ning contacts, and processing or providing information and advertising. Processing in this re- gard is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The interest of the controller lies in the management and processing of the joint contractual relationship, customer care, information services, and ad- vertising.

If there is a direct contract with the person whose data is being processed, the above-described processing of data in relation to the management of the contractual relationship – with the exception of advertising – will be based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

e. Cookies

This website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device. Your browser accesses these files. The use of cookies increases the user-friendliness and security of this website.

No personal data is stored in our cookies. There is no tracking or evaluation of the data. The cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Our cookies are set with a lifetime until "end of session."
