II. Collection of personal data when visiting our website

We collect and process your personal data in order to offer advertised positions and carry out the selection process, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data you provide will be stored and used exclusively for purposes related to recording and processing your interest in employment or training at our company.
If an employment relationship is not established, we will delete all application data no later than six (6) months after completion of the application process. With your consent, we may retain your application documents in our applicant pool for future job postings for a further year.
You have the option of withdrawing your application in whole or in part at any time. Your rights under Section I. F remain unaffected.
d. Suppliers and customers
The controller processes personal data for the purpose of managing the contractual relations- hip or ongoing cooperation, for example, managing contact persons, communication, maintai- ning contacts, and processing or providing information and advertising. Processing in this re- gard is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The interest of the controller lies in the management and processing of the joint contractual relationship, customer care, information services, and ad- vertising.
If there is a direct contract with the person whose data is being processed, the above-described processing of data in relation to the management of the contractual relationship – with the exception of advertising – will be based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
